Quick Coconut Chutney

Method
  1. Heat oil in a pan, add musterd.
  2. When it splutters, add hing, haldi and methi powder, stir.
  3. Add chilly and kadhipatta pieces, water.
  4. After a few seconds, add coconut, salt and sugar.
  5. Stir for a few seconds and turn off the stove.
  6. Add lemon juice, stir and garnish with fresh coriander.
  7. Without grinding, this chutney is very tasty.
Ingredients:
1 cup - grated fresh coconut
3-4 - green chillies
5-6 - kadhipatta leaves, chopped fine
2 tbsp - water
1 tbsp - lemon juice
a pinch - dry methi powder
1 tbsp - oil
1/4 tsp - musterd seeds
a pinch - hing
a pinch - haldi powder
a pinch - methi powder
salt and sugar to taste
