Put Coconut, green chilli and salt in a blender (mixie) and grind it without adding water (do not grind it nicely)
In a pan put oil and season it with mustard, urud dhal. Then add onion pieces and fry it (do not fry until golden brown) for 2-3 min. Then add the grinded coconut and mix it well so that it gets mixed well with onion.
Put off the heat. Then add lemon juice.
Mix it with hot rice and have. It is tasty. Enjoy your Sambal. -
