Method
  1. Heat the oil and add the plain flour.cook till the raw smell leaves for about 2 mins.
  2. Slowly add milk keeping on a low heat and stir constantly so that no lumps are formed.
  3. When sauce thickens, add cheese. When cheese begins to melt add corn, sugar, chillies, lemon juice, pepper powder and salt.
  4. Toast the bread slices well and apply the corn mix on it and serve hot.
Tips:
  1. The corn mixture can be made and stored for a week in fridge.and can be used as a spread.
  2. You can also add dhania leaves for an Indian flavor.

chopped chillies-2 to 3
sugar-1tsp
lemon-1/2
maida- 1tbsp
milk-11/2 cup
salt- to taste
white pepper powder-1/2 tsp
grated cheese-1/2 cup
oil-1 tsp
