Take a kadai or wok & add butter.
Let it become hot & then add chopped onions & garlic.
Fry them till it becomes golden brown in colour & then add chopped tomatoes & cook till the tomatoes leave their juice.
Add the chopped spinach to it & cook till done without adding any water on medium flame.
Add the masalas to it.
Add the sour cream to it just before serving. Serve hot with paranthas.
