Method

  1. Take a kadai or wok & add butter.

  2. Let it become hot & then add chopped onions & garlic.

  3. Fry them till it becomes golden brown in colour & then add chopped tomatoes & cook till the tomatoes leave their juice.

  4. Add the chopped spinach to it & cook till done without adding any water on medium flame.

  5. Add the masalas to it.

  6. Add the sour cream to it just before serving. Serve hot with paranthas.

Ingredients:
1 bunch of spinach chopped
11/2 cups of corn kernels (frozen or you can boil fresh corn kernels till it becomes tender)
1 onion finely chopped
2-3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
2 tomatoes finely chopped
salt according to taste
1/2 tea spoon black pepper powder
1/2 tea spoon garam masala powder
1 table spoon butter
1 table spoon sour cream
