First Soak Basmati Rice by adding 3 1/2 cup of water for 20 minutes and prepare Rice. And let it cool.
In a heavy saucepan heat the oil. Add cumin and mustard seeds to splutter, then and onions, bayleaves, ginger garlic paste and fry them until they turn into brown. To same oil add the corn, peas, turmeric, chilli, salt and masala poweders. Cover and cook till they turn into brown.
Add the cooked rice and mix well and wait for 3,4 mintues.
Garnish with cashews, coriander leaves and enjoy.
Serve hot with curd.
