Corn Pulao

Method
  1. Put ghee in a casserole and melt it on high for one minute.
  2. Saute the masala paste, cover and cook on high for three minutes.
  3. Mix in the rice, cover and cook on high for two minutes till roasted.
  4. Add hot water and salt.
  5. Cover partially and cook on high for 14 minutes or until the rice is cone, stirring every five minutes.
  6. Add curn and corn. Stand for 10 minutes, before serving.
Ingredients:
1 cup - rice, washed
2 tablespoon - ghee
2 cups - hot water
2 tablespoon - curd
1 cup - corn, boiled
salt to taste
Grind for Masala Paste :
40 gm - grated coconut
1 cup - chopped onion
2 flakes - garlic
3 - green chillies
7 gm - poppy seeds
1 cm - ginger
1 teaspoon - cummin seeds
