Quick Corn Dosa

Method
  1. Corn rava and rice flour mix well with water.
  2. Add water to dosa consistency.
  3. Let it stay hours.
  4. Heat a pan on a medium flame.
  5. Take a big led full of batter of dosa and spread it on pan evenly making the edges a little thicker than inner edge.
  6. Spred a spoon of oil/ghee over the dosa.
  7. Serve hot with any chutney or pickle.

1 cup - corn rava
4 tsp - rice flour
1/2 tsp - salt
