By : Saroj KeringMake a mixture of potatoes, turmeric powder, garam masala, green chillies, salt, lemon juice and coriander leaves
Make 2 portion of the mixture
Apply butter and chutney on 2 bread slices
Spread the potato mixture on the bread slices evenly
Spread 2 tbsp sour cream on each slice
Sprinkle cheese (1 tbsp on each slice)
Put the other 2 slices on these two slices
Apply butter outside
Toast the sandwiches in sandwich toaster till golden brown
Serve hot with kethcup and wafers
Making Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 2 sandwiches
