Method

  1. Cut the bread slices into small pieces, put it in a bowl, add little amount of water so as to make a smooth paste.
  2. Add all the ingredients except eggs & mix them well. Leave it for 5 min.
  3. Then add eggs to this & mix it thoroughly.
  4. Heat a frying pan & add butter, add the mixture from the bowl & cook it in low heat until golden brown on both sides.

Serve it hot & this makes a great breakfast/ brunch. Easy to make, Fun to eat.

Ingredients:

Bread slices -8
Eggs -2
Onion -1 finely chopped
Green Chillies -2 finely chopped
Zucchini/Cucumber -1 deskinned, finely chopped
Ginger -1 tsp finely chopped
Garlic -4 cloves finely chopped
Unsalted Butter -2 tsp
Cilantro-finely chopped
Turmeric powder-a pinch
Salt, Pepper-to taste
