Method
- Dissolve flour in water, mix well
- Fry garlic in oil till fragrant then stir in dissolved flour - continue to stir (don't stop)�
- When it's hardened and somewhat brown, add in eggs and scramble
- Mix cut vegetables with cooled sauce and black shrimp paste in large mixing bowl
- Sprinkle in fish sauce making sure you hear the sizzling sound
- Add oysters
- Garnish with coriander and chillies, set aside a bowl of chilli and garlic sauce for dipping
Makes about 4 to 6 serving.
