Mango Ginger Ice Cream

Method
- Dissolve sugar in mango pulp. Add ginger and chill in the frig.
- Whip the cream and fold into mango pulp.
- Freeze till ½ set. Beat till fluffy. Freeze till firm.
- Serve topped with a slice of mango and slivers of ginger.
