Method
  1. Simply mix the cheese , single cream , sugar & cardmom powder.
  2. Now take a microvable containor. Pour it all in the containor.
  3. The microvabe should be on high temp. First keep it for 2 min.
  4. Then stop and mix. Keep again for 3 min.
  5. After 5-6 min. you will see its become a bit thick.
  6. The mix should not be too thick nor too thin. Now take a flat plate.
  7. Grease the plate with little ghee or oil. Now slowly pour the mix onto the plate.
  8. simply use you hand or spoon to make it in level. Now crush the pistachio and sprinkle it on the kalakand.
  9. And there is your mouth watering pistachio kalakand ready to eat.
Ingredients:
Ricottacheese - 1 cup
Single cream : 1/2 cup
Pistachio : According to your taste
Sugar : According to your taste
Greencardmom Powder : 1/2 a tspn.
