Method
- Chill soda can, till required.
- Clean and deseed watermelon prior to use.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or till well chilled.
- Save a couple of chunks of watermelon.
- Chop these fine, keep refrigerated till required.
- Transfer remaining chunks to a mixie.
- Add all ingredients, except icecream soda.
- Pour into 3 tall glasses, which may be previously chilled.
- Pour a third of soda into each glass, just before serving.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
- Serve while soda is still frothing.
