Method
- Boil carrots in water till slightly soft.
- Drain run under cold water.
- Drizzle vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar over pieces.
- Toss to blend flavours well.
- Pierce one carrot piece in a toothpick.
- Follow with a piece of cheese.
- Follow with a baby tomato.
- Repeat for all ingredients.
- Serve arranged on a platter.
