Lemon Goju

Method
  1. Roast the masala ingredients light brown.
  2. Grind the masala ingredients with little water ,make a smooth paste.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds ,cuury leaves,then add ground paste,and
  4. simmer for 5-8 minutes then Add salt,lemon juice,jaggery add little water and stir it well
  5. Simmer for 10-12 minutes until it thickens.
  6. The tangy goju can be served with rice, chappathi,or like a pickle.
Ingredients:
1 cup - lemon juice
1tbsp - jaggery

For Masala :
3 to 4 - small pieces of coconut
4 to 5 - red chillies
1 tbsp - channa dal
1 tsp - urid dal
1 tsp - jeera
1/4 tsp - fenugreek seeds
