Method
  1. Put khakhras in a serving dish.
  2. Add all other ingredients, except half coriander.
  3. Mix to blend flavours.
  4. Garnish with remaining coriander.
  5. Serve immediately.

Makes: 1 serving
Shelflife: Best fresh

Ingredients:
3 to 4 - plain khakhras, crushed into pieces
1/2 cup - fresh curds, beaten
1 - small onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp - coriander, finely chopped
1/2 tsp - crushed cumin
1/2 tsp - red chilli powder(optional)
Salt to taste
