Method
- Mix puffed rice, curds and salt, keep aside for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add all other ingredients, except half coriander.
- Mix well with a large spoon or hand.
- Transfer into three individual bowls.
- Garnish with remaining coriander, serve immediately.

1 liter - puffed rice(murmure)
1 - tomato, chopped finely
1 slice - raw mango, chopped finely
1 - small onion, chopped finely
1 tbsp - coriander leaves, chopped finely
1 tsp - green all purpose chutney
1 tbsp - tamarind chutney
1 tbsp - fresh curds
salt to taste
