By : Chitra SureshCook rice in a rice cooker separately.
Cook cabbage with salt, turmeric and water in a open sauce pan. Drain the remaining water if any.
Make coconut paste with chilli & ginger.
Splutter mustard & urid dhal in ghee in a tawa, put the cooked cabbage and the grinded coconut keep it in a stove still it becomes dry. Add this to the rice, mix it gently.
Season it with fried cashiews & coriander leaves. Serve it hot.
