Method
  1. Fry cinnamon and clove with ghee in a pan.

  2. Add Peas & Cauliflower and cook till it boils. Now add the paste, salt and cook it the raw smell is gone.

  3. Mix it with the cooked rice, garnish with fresh Coriander leaves and serve hot with Raita.

Ingredients:
Cauliflower medium size, 1(separated into Small pieces)
Peas 1 cup
Ghee 4-table spoon
Cinnamon 3 or 4
Clove 3 or4
Green chilli 2 or3
Rice 1 1/2 cup
Coriander leaf 1 Bunch

Paste:

Make paste of coriander leaf & Green chilly
