Mango pulissery

Method
  1. Peel the skin of the mango and cook it well by adding salt, turmeric and jaggery.
  2. When the mango is fully cooked mash it and keep it aside.
  3. Grind coconut and chillies finely by adding 1/2 cup of buttermilk in a blender.
  4. Now mix the grinded coconut with the cooked mangoes .
  5. Add the remaning 1/2cup buttermilk.
  6. Mix all these well.
  7. When it boils remove from flame.
  8. Season it with mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds and curry leaves.
Ingredients:
raw mango - 1
coconut - 1
green chillies - 3
red chillies - 3
buttermilk - 1cup
curry leaves - few
mustard seeds - 1 tsp
fenugreek seeds-1/2 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
jaggery - 2 tsp
salt as required
