Method
- Grate 1/2 Kg carrots and place in a dish.
- Cook covered on High for 5 minutes. (Stir once after 3 minutes)
- Add ghee, sugar and khova.
- Mix well and cook uncovered for 8-10 minutes, stirring in between.
- Sprinkle � tsp cardamom powder on top.
- Serve warm, garnished with slivers of almond.
Serves:6 to 8
Note:
Use the pink sweet carrots if available for halwa.
