In a casserole, place the cauliflower and water. Cover. Microwave at HIGH for 7 to 8 mins. or until fork tender, stirring once. Drain.
Cover, set aside.
Place butter in 4-5 cup measure. Microwave at HIGH for 1 to ¼ mins or until butter melts. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk and
Worcestershire sauce. Microwave at HIGH for 3 to 4 mins. or until thickened, stirring after first 2 mins. and then after each minute. Stir in cheese
and parsley. Pour over cauliflower.
