Method
- Coarsely grind the coconut with milk.
- Add sugar, stir till almost dissolved. Add cardamom.
- Cook without cover on full power for 8-10 minutes, stirring often
- Take it out and beat till it becomes a thick lump.(over beating will cause the mixture to crumble)
- Pour on greased surface. Flatten with the back of a greased katori. Cool and cut into pieces
