Method
- Place muskmelon chunks in an electric blender.
- Add sugar, blend till smooth, add vanilla icecream.
- Blend again, add crushed ice, blend till ice breaks.
- Add milk, blend well, till frothy.
- Pour into tall chilled glasses.
- Add a few pieces of finely chopped melon, to each glass.
- Serve immediately while still frothy.
Making time: 15 minutes
Makes: 2-3 glasses
