Method
- Use one packet of mushroom soup.
- Add enough water as per instructions, dissolve and keep aside.
- Lightly roast 2 tsp. sesame seeds in a nonstick pan, till aroma exudes.
- Keep aside half seeds for garnish.
- Place other half in a small electric mixie.
- Run mixie dry to powder seeds.
- Add 1 tbsp. cream, 1 tbsp. curds, run till smooth, keep aside till required.
- Heat contents of packet, stirring continuously bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 4-5 minutes, till cooked.
- Add ground paste, stir and heat till well blended, do not bring again to a boil.
- Add ground pepper powder, salt to taste.
- Serve hot with a few toasted sesame seeds sprinkle over the soup.
