Alu Paneer Paratha

Method
  1. Boil the potatoes in pressure cooker giving around two whistles.
  2. Chop the onion and chillies.
  3. Let the pressure cooker to cool down annd then take out the potatoes and peel them.
  4. Take a big bowl to make the masala, put potatoes in it.
  5. Add paneer, garam masala, dhania powder, jeera powder, ajwain, grated ginger, chilly powder, green chillies and salt.
  6. Mix well all the ingrediends with the spatula or hand properly, the way that alu and panner should get crushed.
  7. Take the tawa nad heat it.
  8. Make a small chapati with the dough and then put the alu-panner masala in the middle of it(about one big table spoon) then fold the chapati porperly and roll round with roller(belan) it, giving it the shape of the paratha(use the dry flour to prees or roll so that the chapati doesn't stick on the base or chakla).
  9. Put it on the tawa and with the help of lttle oil let it be cooked properly form both sides.
  10. Do the same for making more paraths.
  11. Serve it hot with butter on it(according to your taste) or with curd.
Note :
You can make many variationa like adding coriander (dhania leaves).
Reducing or increasing chillies.
Ingredients:
kneaded dough (for about 8-10 parathas)
7-8 - potatoes (medium size)
50 grams - paneer (cottage cheese)
3-4 - green chillies
1/2 teaspoon - red chilly powder
10-15 grams - grated ginger
1 - onion
1/2 teaspoon - ajwain
1/2 teaspoon - jeera powder
1 teaspoon - dhania (coriander) powder
1/2 teaspoon - garam masala
oil for parathas
salt to taste
