Hot Paneer Adraki

Method
  1. Deep fry the paneer pieces & then crumble them. Keep it aside.
  2. Then take oil in a pan and fry onion till golden brown.
  3. Then add ginger-garlic paste and stir fry for sometime.
  4. Then add haldi, dhania powder, jeera powder& saute well.
  5. Then add paneer, cashew nut paste and salt.
  6. Stir well and at last, add cream and mix well.
  7. Serve hot with hot rotis, kulcha's or chapathis.
Ingredients:
shredded paneer - 1 cup
finely chopped onions - 2 cups
finely chopped tomatoes - 1 cup
ginger & garlic paste - 1 tsp
turmeric - 1 tsp
dhania - 1 tsp
jeera powder - 1 tsp
cashew nut paste - 2 tsp
cream - 2 tsp
refined oil
salt to taste
