For Marinade:
1 tbsp - green allpurpose chutney
1 - tiny flake garlic, crushed
1 tbsp - peanuts, roasted,skinned crushed
1/2 tsp - cumin seeds, crushed
1/2 tsp - mustard seeds, crushed
1/2 tsp - sugar powdered
1/2 tsp - chilli flakes
1/2 tbsp - basil leaves, finely chopped
1 tsp - lemon juice
