Use Paneer made from skimmed milk
Paneer or Tofu - 200 gm
Capsicums - 150 gm
Onions - 150 gm
Carrots - 100 gm
Tomatoes - 150 gm
Oil - 1 tbsp
Green chillies - 2, chopped finely
Ginger - 1 tsp, minced
Mint leaves - 3 tbsp, minced
Coriander leaves - 3 tbsp, minced
Red chillies - 2
Coriander seeds - 2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Pepper - ½ tsp
Salt - to taste
