Stuffed (Paneer) Paratha

Pre Preparation :
  1. Sieve wheat flour with salt .
  2. Add water in it and mix it very well.
  3. Make a smooth dough.
For Filling :
  1. Shred paneer.
  2. Add salt,red chilli powder,garam masala,amchur powder,green chillies and coriender leaves.
Method :
  1. Make small rolls of dough.
  2. Roll it like chappati, put some paneer mixture in it and fold it towards center till the edges meet. Seal the edges by pressing the chappati.
  3. Now again roll it like chapati (around 8 inches in diameter).
  4. Pre heat tava on high flame.
  5. Apply some oil on tava and put paneer paratha.
  6. Cook it both the side with oil at med-high flame.
  7. Repeat step 2-3 to make more parathas.
  8. Appy some butter before serving.
  9. Serve it hot with green chutney and tea.
Ingredients:
4 cups Wheat flour(atta)
Salt (depending upon taste)
shredded paneer
3-4 chopped green chillies
chopped coriender leaves
water
red chilli powder
garam masala
amchur powder
vegetable oil
butter
