MethodPre Preparation :
- Sieve wheat flour with salt .
- Add water in it and mix it very well.
- Make a smooth dough.
For Filling :
- Shred paneer.
- Add salt,red chilli powder,garam masala,amchur powder,green chillies and coriender leaves.
Method :
- Make small rolls of dough.
- Roll it like chappati, put some paneer mixture in it and fold it towards center till the edges meet. Seal the edges by pressing the chappati.
- Now again roll it like chapati (around 8 inches in diameter).
- Pre heat tava on high flame.
- Apply some oil on tava and put paneer paratha.
- Cook it both the side with oil at med-high flame.
- Repeat step 2-3 to make more parathas.
- Appy some butter before serving.
- Serve it hot with green chutney and tea.

Salt (depending upon taste)
