Cut the chicken into small pieces.
Mix the soya sauce, black pepper, egg white, corn flour and salt and prepare a sauce.
Marinate the chicken pieces in the sauce for an hour.
Heat the oil in a wok (Kadai).
Fry the chicken pieces and keep aside. Chicken should not be fried too crispy.
Heat a little oil. When the oil gets heated pour 2 tsp. of tomato ketchup, 1 tsp. of worcester sauce and 1 tsp. of chilly sauce into the oil.
Mix in the chicken pieces gently. Stir fry for a few seconds. Remove from the fire.
In the remaining oil fry the pieces of capsicum for a few seconds.
Spread the chicken pieces in a serving dish and garnish it with fried cashews, capsicums and spring onions.
