Cook the pasta in a pan of slightly salted water until it is cooked but still firm.
'Dry fry' the mushrooms in a non-stick pan until they are soft.
Add the pasta and yoghurt to the mushrooms, mix well
Transfer to a warmed plate and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
50-75g pasta (macaroni or spaghetti)
75g mushrooms
10g grated cheese
1 tbsp. yoghurt
2 tsps. finely chopped parsley
