Method
- Boil the potatoes fully with salt, peel and mash few of them.
- If you are having oven you can boil potato within 10-15 minutes.
- Heat some oil, add mustard seeds, urud dal and curry leaves.
- Add finely cut onions,fry until the onions turn transparent.
- Add some fine pieces of green chillies, add potatoes, salt and water.
- This can be served along with poori, chappathi or dosa.
- This is an easy and quick curry within 20 minutes.
