Peppery Potatoes

Method

  1. Boil the potatoes and peel them;
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add potatoes to it. Fry the potatoes till they turn into golden brown.
  3. Once they turn into brown, add pepper powder, salt and finely chopped corriander to it.
  4. Don't turn the gas off until all the oil is absorbed. Now it's ready for u to serve.

Serves: 4
Cooking time: 20 min

Taste's excellent with chapatis and rice. One of the easiest way for parties as a side dish.

Ingredients:
250 gms small potatoes
1 tbsp black pepper powder
1 bunch of corriander leaves
salt to taste
4 tbsp of oil
