Spicy Potato Chips

Method
  1. Mix all spices.
  2. Boil water in a pan, add salt, bicarbonate of soda and potatoes to boiling water.
  3. After 1 min, drain water and cut thick slices of potatoes spread on cloth & dry well in sun.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan and deep fry potatoes until it becomes white and crispy.
  5. Take out in a deep vessel, add spices to fried potatoes.
  6. Shake until well coated with spice mixture.
  7. Enjoy hot and spicy potatoes.
Ingredients:
potatoes - 1 kg
bicarbonate of soda - 1 pinch
red chilli powder - 1 tsp
hing - 1/4 tsp
chat masala - 1 tsp
khatai powder - 1 tsp
cumin powder - 1 tsp
coriander powder - 1 tsp
salt to taste
