By : Kanchan KabraTo prepare Chocolate Sauce:
Shred the cooking chocolate into small bits. Heat the cream and add the chocolate stiring continuously until the chocolate melts.
Arrange the biscuits in a serving tray after dipping each into coffee water.
Spread a thin layer of chocolate sauce on the biscuit layer.
Spread a biscuit layer on the chocolate layer and repeat for 3 layers.
Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour.
Serve chilled cutting into small pieces.
