Easy Semolina Pudding

Method
  1. Mix corn flour with � cup milk.
  2. Boil remaining milk.
  3. Lower the flame, sprinkle remaining semolina, little at a time, stirring all the time.
  4. Continue to swimmer the mixture till semolina is well cooked and the mixture is like thick porridge.
  5. Add the corn flour milk mixture and cook stiring for 2 more minutes.
  6. Add sugar, cook for one more minute.
  7. Remove from fire, add remaining ingredients.
  8. Pour into a shallow pie dish.
  9. Cool and keeping the refrigerator.
  10. Serve chilled, cut into slices.

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients:
semolina - 4 tbsp
sugar - 4 tbsp
milk - 2 cup
corn flour - 1 tbsp
vanilla essence - 1 tsp
raisins - 2 tbsp
glazed cherries, chopped - 2 tbsp
cashew nuts, chopped - 2 tbsp
