Low Calorie Fruit Pudding

Method
  1. Mash the banana well.
  2. Mix the mashed banana,skimmed milk,curd,essence and sweetener well such that you get a custard like consistency.
  3. Mix the cut fruits(papaya, apple, orange) well.
  4. Refrigerate the two mixtures separately for about 2 to 3 hours. Should not freeze.

For Serving:

  1. Take a pudding bowl.
  2. In that take the fruit mixture.
  3. Add the mixed custard over the fruits.
  4. Put a few grapes on top and serve.
  5. This is a delicious low calorie fruit dessert and easy to make too.

Ingredients:
skimmed milk - 100 ml
curd (made from skimmed milk) - 100 ml
vanilla essence - 2 to 3 drops
artificial sweetener powder - equivalent to 2 tsp sugar
banana (preferably poovan variety) - 1, small
ripe papaya - 1, small(peel and cut into small pieces)
orange - 1 (peel and take the pulp alone)
apple - 1/2 (peel and cut into small pieces)
grapes - a few seedless ones to garnish
