Beat together milk, condensed milk, egg yolks & sugar till well blended. double boil this mixture till it thickens into a thick custard. Remove the custard from heat.
Dissolve gelatin in water & add to the hot custard. Cool the custard over a pan of ice-cubes.
Add fresh whipped cream.Beat the egg whites stiff & fold into the custard.
Divide the mixture into two parts. Add cocoa into one part & orange juice & rind into other.
Pour both mixture alternately into dish and make ripples with a toothpick or knife. Refrigerate it till set.

Eggs - 3 separated
Orange juice +orange rind - of 2 oranges
Cocoa - 2 tbsp
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Fresh cream - 1\2 cup
