Steamed Chocolate Pudding

Method
  1. Sieve flour into a large bowl.
  2. Add semolina, sugar, salt.
  3. Mix cocoa and sugar well.
  4. Add to mixture.
  5. Add in lemon juice, 1 � cup water.
  6. Mix well to form smooth batter, keep aside.
  7. Put a large vessel or steamer to heat.
  8. Place stand inside.
  9. Grease a 9� cake pan, place inside vessel.
  10. Heat vessel, simmering water.
  11. Dissolve eno in 2 tbsp. water.
  12. Pour onto mixture, quickly beat well till thick and fluffy.
  13. Pour immediately into prepared pan.
  14. Cover lid turn on high, steam for 12-13 minutes.
  15. Take off lid, allow to simmer in pan, for a minute.
  16. Remove, cool cake pan on work surface for 7-10 minutes.
  17. Meanwhile mix followup ingredients in a small pan.
  18. Bring to a boil, pour over slightly cooled pudding, evenly.
  19. Allow water to be soaked up into pudding for a few minutes.
  20. Serve warm or hot, with coffee or tea or even icecream scoops.

Ingredients:
1 cup - gram flour
� cup - fine semolina
2 tbsp - coco powder
3 tbsp - ground sugar
1 - lemon, juice extracted strained
1 � cup - water
1 � tsp - eno fruit salt
� tsp - salt

1 tsp - oil
1 tsp - butter
2 tbsp - water
