Method
- Chop the tender coconut & peeled almonds.
- Boil milk with condensed milk & sugar.
- Let it cool.
- Boil tender coconut water with china grass in it till it dissolves without leaving behind any lumps.
- Mix the milk & china grass solution along with the tender coconut, almonds in a tray and refrigerate it.
- Serve it cool.
Ingredients:
tender coconut - 2
condensed milk - 1 tin
milk - 1/2 litres
china grass - 1 packet (10 gms)
sugar - 5 tbsp
almonds - 1/2 cup
