Jellied Fruit and Vegetable Salad

Method
  1. Soak gelatin in 4 tbsp of water.
  2. Combine all the fruits and vegetables together.
  3. Add salt, pepper and honey or sugar substitute. (remember, the fruits and juices will add sweetness to the salad.)
  4. Add both the fruit juices.
  5. Dissolve gelatin over a low flame and add.
  6. Stir the mixture over a bowl of ice cubes, till it thickens.
  7. Pour in a salad bowl and leave in the refrigerator to set.
  8. Serve chilled.

Serves: 6

Ingredients:
fresh watermelon juice - 1 cup
fresh pomegranate juice - 1 cup
apple - ½ cup, cubed
pears - ½ cup, peeled and cubed
carrot - ½ cup, grated
cabbage - ½ cup, shredded
celery - 2 tbsp, chopped
gelatin - 4 tsp
yellow mustard - 1 tbsp
honey or sugar to taste
pepper to taste
salt to taste
