Sunshine Fruit Salad

Method
  1. Melt marmalade with water over a low flame.
  2. Cool and chill in the refrigerator.
  3. Prepare all the fruits and mix together.
  4. Toss with the chilled marmalade sauce.
  5. Serve chilled.

Serves: 8

Note:

  • Though this dessert does not contain added sugar, it is quite sweet because of mangoes and bananas.
  • So consume in moderate quantity.
  • (Not recommended for diabetic patients.)
Ingredients:
good quality mango, peeled and cubed - 1 cup
musk melon, peeled and cubed - 2 cup
banana, peeled and cubed - 1 cup
pineapple, peeled and cubed - 1 cup
sugar free orange marmalade - � cup
water - � cup
