Mix Together in a Small Bowl:
1 - very small green chilli, finely crushed
1 tiny flake - garlic, crushed
1 stalk - lemon grass, very finely chopped
5 to 6 - basil leaves, finely chopped
5 to 6 - mint leaves, finely chopped
1 tsp - lemon juice
1/2 tsp - lemon rind grated
1 tsp - sugar
1 tsp - olive oil
salt to taste
pepper to taste
