Method
- Follow instructions of packet to make dhokla.
- But make two plates instead of one, using half better each time.
- Each round should be thin and same sized.
- Cool each plate, pry out each round carefully with knife and spatula.
- Place one round on serving plate.
- Apply green chutney to cover top surface.
- Place other piece over this press down gently.
- Apply sauce to second layer top.
- Sprinkle onion, coconut, sev, coriander all over sauce in that order.
- Cut neatly into bite-sized diamond shapes.
- Serve immediately.
Note:
If topping is omitted, and the sandwiches are cut in bread sandwich
style triangles, they can be served as make believe sandwiches itself.

Makes: 28-30 pieces (depending on size)
Shelflife: After topping best fresh, untopped one day
