Method
  1. Grind all the ingredients together.
  2. You will not need any water as the onion and the green leaves will give out enough moisture to grind the ingredients to a paste.
  3. Spread the bread slices with chutney and sandwich two slices together with fish or tofu.
  4. Make four sandwiches.
  5. Cut each sandwich into two parts.
Ingredients:
bread slices
mint leaves - � cup
coriander leaves - 1 cup
green chillies - 3 to 4
onion - 1 small
garlic - 6 flakes
ginger - 1 slice
cumin - 1 tsp
roasted gram - 2 to 3 tbsp
sugar - 1 tsp (optional)
lime juice to taste
salt to taste
