Method
- Heat butter, add ginger, garlic, lemongrass.
- Add vegetable stock, bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, add carrot juice, salt.
- Simmer for 5-7 minutes
- Take off fire, stir in pepper, orange juice.
- Pour into serving bowls, garnish with a few basil leaves.
- Serve hot with slices of warmed garlic bread.
