Method
- Wash and cut the strawberries and place in your food processor.
- Process until the strawberries are pureed.
- Add the sugar, yogurt and milk and process until combined.
- Adjust the sugar, yogurt, and milk as necessary.
- Ladle into dessert bowls and garnish with a dollop of whipped cream just before serving.
- Can be refrigerated for a few hours.
- If refrigerating, do not garnish with whipped cream until just before serving.
Ingredients:
1/2 kg - fresh strawberries
50 to 100 grams - granulated white sugar
1/4 to 1/2 cup - plain yogurt or sour cream
120 to 180 ml - milk or cream
whipped cream for garnish
