Take a bowl mash the potatoes in it and add bread crumbs.
Add all the pastes and all the masalas.
Add green peas and the palak, add the salt and make a dough.
Make small cutlets out of this.
Take the rava in a plate and dip each cutlet in the rava so that rava covers the cutlet.
Shallow fry the cutlet on a low flame till well cooked.
Serve with Tamarind Chutney or Tomato Ketchup.
