Fry onions, jeera, garlic, green chillies in ghee or oil. When it softens add chopped palak.
Cook till palak becomes soft.
Cool this & grind in mixie.
Add tuvar dhal to the ground palak & cook for 2 or 3 min.
Serve with Rice.
1 bunch Palak
3 or 4 small Onions
3 or 4 flakes Garlic
1 tsp Jeera
1 or 2 Green Chillies
1 cup boiled Tuvar Dhal
